RICHARD
A. GANTNER, ESQ.
Richard A. Gantner, Esq., is an experienced civil litigator
practicing in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey.
He worked as a law clerk in the United States District
Court of the District of New Jersey before entering
in private practice. Mr. Gantner grew up in central
New Jersey and is a graduate of Rutgers University and
Seton Hall Law School, where he was on the Editorial
Board of the Law Review.
Recently Mr. Gantner obtained a $1.2 Million dollar
verdict for the victim of a pedestrian/auto accident.
Mr. Gantner's areas of practice include, but are not
limited to: Personal Injury, Car Accidents, Workers'
Compensation, Employment Discrimination, Medical Malpractice
and Slip and Fall Accidents. |
ROBERT
J. BEACHAM, ESQ.
Robert J. Beacham has maintained a general law practice
representing individuals and businesses in virtually
all aspects of the law. Mr. Beacham has extensive litigation
experience in both New Jersey state courts and the federal
judicial system. He is licensed to practice law in New
Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Beacham received a BA degree from Rutgers University
and his JD degree with honors from Seton Hall School
of Law. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall
Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Beacham spent
three years as an associate in a prestigious Newark
law firm before becoming general counsel to a small
New Jersey?s lodging industry magazine, Mr. Beacham
authored articles about employment law and property
liability.
Mr. Beacham was a lifetime resident of Montgomery Township,
New Jersey before moving to Bernardsville six years
ago where he now lives with his wife, Deanna, and their
two daughters Kristin and Courtney. |
